Okay you can get really depressed, over eat, sleep too much, not shower and be in a really bad mood because you lost your job or you financial life is in the toilet. For a little bit that might even feel good in a twisted kind of way. But do that very long and your health will go down the tubes as well.

Better to redirect your energy and make yourself healthier and stronger. Take any extra time to exercise, eat simple, healthy foods and practice relaxation/prayer/meditation skills.

It can be horridly frustrating to try to find a job. Don’t beat yourself up. Try to redirect that frustration and anger into making yourself healthy and more fit.
